
College is Real’s Board of Directors has five members: Brad Blake, Susan Lopera, Tim Ramos, Peter Schnugg, and Robert Telles. Brief profiles of the board members are outlined below.
Brad Blake is the founder and president of College is Real. He is also a mentor to three of CIR’s students. He is the CEO and founder of Blake Hunt Ventures, Inc., a Bay Area-based real estate development and services company. He graduated from Stanford University and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Susan Lopera is the Vice President of Investments for Verde Realty and served as Senior Director of Acquisitions for Kimco Realty Corporation (NYSE:KIM). She was a participant in a General Electric Corporate Leadership Program. She is a mentor to three of CIR’s students and became involved with CIR in 2007. She graduated from Northeastern University.
Peter Schnugg is a former Regional Senior Vice President with Spieker Properties. He is a mentor to two of CIR’s students and became involved with the program in 2006. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Robert Telles is the Chairman of Timbron International, a nationally recognized recycler of waste polystyrene and manufacturer of green building products. Formerly associated with the international law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, he is also a corporate and real estate attorney. He graduated from University of California, Berkeley and UC Hastings College of the Law.
Greg Chabolla is president of Nearon Enterprises, a privately held real estate development and investment company based in Danville, California. He became involved with CIR in 2010. He is a graduate of Stanford University and the Yale School of Management. |
